Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment activities and build talent pipelines for multiple roles in across the health plan. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop outreach strategies, source qualified candidates using multiple resources, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.

SFHP is proud to support a hybrid work environment - as such, you will be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month.

Salary range: $114,000 - $130,000

Please note that the “salary range” represents the target pay range for this and other positions at San Francisco Health Plan that fall into this pay grade. San Francisco Health Plan salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to identify hiring needs, scope of position requirements and determine sourcing strategy and approach using a collaborative methodology.
  • Participate in cost-effective candidate sourcing using diverse strategies such as AI, internal sourcing, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, professional organizations, and internet/social media.
  • Manage applicant and candidate tracking in SFHP’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct resume review and screen candidates over the phone for appropriateness of experiences and share with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and metrics on all prospects, applicants, candidates, passive/active searches and other recruiting activities.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent, sourcing multi-level positions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven or more years experience in full lifecycle recruiting. Corporate experience preferred.
  • One or more years experience in the medical/healthcare industry.
  • Experience with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with prioritization of multiple open positions (20-25).
  • Experience recruiting for a range of professional services positions on a multi-location level.
