You will provide these services to ensure maximum access to, and implementation of, technology services and resources. You will also manage the daily operations of our technology infrastructure, including recommending and implementing internal controls based on HIPAA security guidelines, building ITS procedures, managing department staffing, process development and documentation, and ensuring SFHP’s security posture is maintained.
SFHP is proud to offer a hybrid work environment. This position will be in office, on-site a minimum of 4 days per month.
Salary: $175,000 - $210,000
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee the Systems Infrastructure & Security team and its designated responsibilities such as system administration, help desk support, production services, server administration, security, production database administration, disaster recovery, and change control.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP), (e.g., daily membership load, encounter processing, capitation run, and check processing).
- Implement procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
- Manage the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
- Lead all staff under the Infrastructure and Systems Development team.
- Oversee production database administration.
- Collaborate with management in other service areas, resolving resource allocation issues and managing projects.
- Develop a Disaster Recovery (DR) program and work with the business community on developing a Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Ensure the Information Security team develops and implements information security guidelines.
- Monitor Information Security Program compliance and effectiveness with the SFHP’s other compliance and operational assessment functions.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, other legal entities, and organization officers in any compliance reviews or investigations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in information technology.
- At least 5 years of people management/leadership experience, preferably in an information technology environment.
- CISM, CISSP security credentials or equivalent preferred.
- Experience managing a team, promoting teamwork and encouraging new ideas.
