Noora Health equips family caregivers with the skills they need to care for their loved ones, and has trained more than 65 million caregivers and patients with support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Nepal. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent Associate Director, Development to lead our funder-facing pipeline across Africa: managing proposals, pitches, and reports, turning program and financial data into compelling narratives, representing Noora Health with funders and partners, and leading a small, cross-cultural team.
