Aksi Ekologi & Emansipasi Rakyat (AEER) is looking for a Senior Operations and People Manager to help scale climate impact!

Action for Ecology and People’s Emancipation (AEER / Aksi Ekologi dan Emansipasi Rakyat) was founded in 2017 to address critical environmental and social justice issues across Indonesia. Conducting high-impact research, advocacy, and field investigations on ecologically and socially important topics – including rare earth elements and critical minerals – AEER works at the intersection of environmental protection and community rights. AEER is currently undergoing a pivotal phase of growth, expanding its dedicated core team from 15 to 20 staff members to scale its impact across the region.

📍 Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

💸 Salary Range: Competitive / based on experience – approximately IDR 27,000,000 – 32,000,000 monthly
