The Paralegal supports the General Counsel with estates and planned giving, Cybersight AI regulatory research, and document management. Duties include maintaining the Orbis trademark database, managing the Compliance Tracker, supporting compliance and policy administration, and vendor due diligence.
As a member of the Legal Department, the Paralegal will support the General Counsel in the following matters related to the global legal and compliance department: estates & planned giving; coordination of international Cybersight AI regulatory research; drafting and maintaining of documentation; organizing files. In addition, the Paralegal will: maintain the Orbis trademark database; support organizational compliance initiatives, including managing the Compliance Tracker; support organizational policy administration; implement vendor due diligence checks.
The Paralegal develops and maintains in-depth understanding of how Orbis operates internally and externally and is well versed in how legal issues affect Orbis and its work across the globe.
