Project Summary: Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism’s Partnerships Team is preparing to migrate our existing fundraising database from CiviCRM to the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). CiviCRM has been unable to meet the current needs of the team, and as such, much of our fundraising and grant tracking has become cumbersome and inefficient. We envision Salesforce NPSP to be a system for UAF-FA to strengthen our infrastructure in order to support feminist movements and sustain the organization. Through our move to Salesforce NPSP, we aim to track our fundraising efforts, operationalize workflows, strengthen donor engagement, centralize and secure our data, and align across teams. UAF-FA’s Programs Team uses Salesforce NPSP for grant management, but it is not currently built out to operate as a fundraising database. We are seeking a firm to partner with us on design, implementation, data migration, and onboarding services for a fundraising database built on Salesforce NPSP.
