Over many years, Fistula Foundation has increased revenue at a significantly higher rate than the nonprofit sector average, and now we are poised to grow further and faster by cultivating new supporters. We seek an outstanding fundraising leader to deepen relationships on behalf of the Foundation with new and existing donors to fuel our ambitious goals, including geographic and programmatic expansion initiatives. Reporting to the Foundation President, the Director of Philanthropy approaches their work with integrity and transparency, serving as an integral part of our talented, collaborative team. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with a demonstrated track record of cultivating and soliciting gifts of $10k+ including proactive prospecting of new donors.
