Job Description: Working under the Director of Finance, the Staff Accountant will assist ICTJ’s finance team with financial and administrative activity. This position is based in ICTJ’s New York City office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review international office expense reports and enter into accounting system.

· Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

· Processing of payments.

· Analysis of various expenses

· Liaise with country offices to resolve financial reporting issues.

· Performing related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· Proficiency in MS Excel (Excel will be used to perform each of the above activities)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Financial analytical skills are highly preferred.

· Must be detail-oriented and methodical.

Salary Range: $55-65K range annually, commensurate with experience and knowledge.

Benefits include:
