Head of Strategy and B Corp Movement is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the B Lab Global, and leading coordination of the #BCorp movement. This role serves as the lead architect, integrator, leader, and change catalyst for scaling the movement globally. The objective is to develop a cohesive team, with these core functions, capable of scaling a global movement. It advises and aligns with the Lead Executive and the executive team on shared ambitions and the scope of organizational and Network transformation. This role also defines the plan, articulates the execution strategy, and identifies the steps needed to deliver movement building initiatives.
