Role Summary:

Reports To: Regional Director, LATAM


Key Responsibilities:
Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders
  • Maintain strategic relationships with treatment/non-treatment partners, government, and institutions
  • Manage partner onboarding, engagement, and communications
  • Program Implementation & Oversight
  • Coordinate cleft treatment programs aligned with regional and global strategies
  • Conduct needs assessments and site visits
  • Support capacity building, training programs, and workshops
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure partner adherence to safety, quality, and reporting standards
  • Facilitate audits and manage corrective actions
  • Oversee documentation, data collection, and reporting compliance
  • Financial & Grant Management
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditures
  • Review and approve funding applications, invoices, vendor payments
  • Ensure appropriate use of funds and adherence to finance policies
  • Communications & Representation
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, media engagements
  • Coordinate content collection, branding compliance, donor visits
  • Facilitate internal communication across regional/global teams
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
  • Track program performance using KPIs
  • Analyze partner data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Manage partner feedback mechanisms

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in program/project management, NGO operations, or international development
  • Experience managing partnerships, budgets, and multi-stakeholder programs
  • Proven experience with reporting, compliance, and monitoring & evaluation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Global Health, Public Administration, International Relations, or similar
  • Experience in cleft care, surgical programs, or health systems strengthening
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environments, especially in low-resource settings
  • Experience working with government agencies, hospitals, or global health institutions
  • Familiarity with grant management and donor-funded projects

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data platforms, CRM or partner management systems
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Compensation Range: USD 20k – 25k

Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including remote and rural locations
  • Travel for partner site visits, trainings, audits, donor visits, and events
