HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP) seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (OpEx) that will support the development and deployment of HXP’s risk management and continuous process improvement strategy and other activities including special projects for Executive Team members.

Specifically, this three-month, temporary role will serve as an integration and alignment advisory capacity to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) providing critical support around integration change management, communications, and assigned Finance and Accounting tracking and communications.

This role works with a broad range of HXP leaders, management staff as well as other internal and external stakeholders to improve operations to ensure HXP’s successful integration and change management. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate planning and execution of HealthX Partners (HXP) priorities for business optimization and risk & knowledge management. Plan & execute critical process improvement and re-engineering efforts of global scope designed to reduce risk, improve compliance, and create operational efficiencies. Identify and drive change to resolve process gaps, and guide change management initiatives, as needed. Develop and lead project plans, conduct data analysis supporting process change, and leads cross-functional teams of leaders, managers, and subject matter experts, as needed. May provide updates to the Executive Team and senior leaders.

    • Process improvements will include assessing internal customer needs and requirements for Finance/Accounting (F/A) integration; preparing F/A integration timeline; and managing F/A integration change management communications.
  • Facilitate initiatives to promote excellence in project management, including: oversight of project lifecycle trainings, ensuring quality, relevance, and accessibility of trainings; support HXP development & revision of SOPs and supporting tools. Make recommendations to senior leaders to support continuous improvement of project management.
    • Develop savings tracker tool and communications to document HXP phases cost efficiencies.
  • Contribute to identifying key metrics to be analyzed, in terms of a) this temporary role’s performance and b) the specific activities aimed at improving operational efficiencies and minimizing risk for HXP. Use data to analyze these key metrics and provide comprehensive reports for leadership decision-making.

  • Provide guidance to HXP leadership in the selection and prioritization of deliverables and projects by escalating key issues and new or evolving risks, and make recommendations for additional resources that may be necessary to address new risk or compliance issues.

  • Perform as a change agent and support HXP operations initiatives to build a culture of operational excellence by supporting and leading special initiatives, communication strategies, and learning sessions.

    • Manage org-wide roll out of new ERP communications. Manage general internal communications support to HXP C-suite for improved efficiency and organizational trust.
  • Support adherence to HXP’s compliance programs and internal quality standards aimed at monitoring and reducing organizational risks.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field

  • At least 10 years of related experience

  • Experience managing the full project life cycle of donor funded projects in an international context. Preference for working knowledge of Project DPro project management framework.

  • Experience working in and knowledgeable of challenges of working in geopolitically diverse environments.

  • Ability to drive change in an organization and produce results through influential authority.

  • Excellent communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to concisely and clearly convey complex topics to all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to connect, collaborate, and empathize with diverse groups.

  • Basic financial acumen as it applies to process improvements and program/project management.

  • Knowledgeable in managing risk and compliance programs.

  • Experience with lean concepts and continuous process improvement approaches such as 6 Sigma or Kaizen preferred.

  • Experience with change management approaches such as Prosci preferred.

  • Proficiency in at least one HXP official language other than English (French, Spanish, Portuguese) highly preferred.

Salary Ranges:*

HealthX Partners Incorporated is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows PSI to attract and retain employees while staying cost-competitive.

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.

HealthX Partners Incorporated is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

  • For the United States (paid in USD): $108,000 (minimum) - $135,000 (midpoint) - $162,000 (maximum)
