Job description
At the beginning, you will be jointly responsible for an industrial project with a leading Swiss manufacturer of production systems. In the future your field of activity might also include application of our cutting-edge Simulation environment Software MORe www.more-simulations.ch.
Your Tasks
- Plan and perform experiments (DoE) in a laboratory environment.
- Analysis and testing of multi axis production systems.
- Collaborate with industrial partners.
- Perform application related industrial projects.
Profile
Required experience
- CH/EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland.
- Recent master’s degree (ETHZ or EPFZ) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- You have experience in the control technology of high-precision mechatronic systems.
- You enjoy hands-on problem solving of demanding problems in a challenging industrial environment close to application.
- You have profound knowledge and experience in the application of state-of-the-art AI-applications in the field of engineering.
- You would like to deepen your abilities in the demanding field of production engineering.
- You have experience programming Python including git.
- You have a very good knowledge level of German and English (TOEFL > 100 pts).
