Our staff of more than 2,200 experts work in over 50 countries around the world. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer position.

Design Lab 360, FHI 360’s in-house creative studio, is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for design and social impact to join our Bangkok team. Working under the guidance of an Art Director, the Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visually engaging, brand-consistent materials across both digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is eager to strengthen their design skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

Typical assignments include designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, publications, branding, brochures, training curricula, toolkits, posters, and web-based communications. These materials support FHI 360’s global work across a wide range of sectors, including health, education, civil society, environment, economic development, and research.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design a wide range of visual materials, including social media graphics, presentations, reports, infographics, event materials, publications, marketing collateral, and digital assets.

  • Create, design, and maintain branded Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word templates, presentations, and documents.

  • Assist senior designers and creative leads in developing concepts and executing creative solutions.

  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution.

  • Adapt existing designs to different formats, sizes, languages, and communication channels while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of templates, design systems, and brand assets.

  • Responsible for mock-up creation on variety of offline format i.e., roll-up, backdrop for partner or internal department

  • Responsible for creating wide range of online materials i.e., rich banner ads, online content for social media campaigns and think through the user experience and appropriately optimize designs for different channels

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Organize and maintain project files and creative assets.

  • Stay informed of current design trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Propose innovative approaches to various communications/design assignments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience through employment, internships, freelance work, or a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.

  • Must display a strong concept-driven portfolio and exhibit a solid understanding of design principles

  • Familiarity with designing digital assets for websites, email communications, social media, presentations, and online campaigns.

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and produce consistent, high-quality visual materials.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for web and simple motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

The expected hiring salary range for this role is THB 489,300-510,000 for annual basic salary. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, market pay, and budget. For internal candidates, salary placement will also follow FHI 360’s current promotional increase guidelines。
