We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Collaborating, Learning, & Adapting (CLA) Officer for the Tuberculosis project based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is dependent on receipt of funding.
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the MEL Director, the Collaborating, Learning, & Adapting (CLA) Officer will co-facilitate the development and implementation of project learning agenda and manage strategic collaborations with both data contributors and users of Activity information. Support the project and its partners on knowledge-sharing, project management and quality assurance, capacity building and best practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft project’s learning agenda. monitor an dreport the progress
- In collaboration with Communication and Knowledge Management Specialist, conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key stakeholders for collaboration and audience for communication.
- Provide support on curriculum development process for knowledge and project quality sharing events and outreach including monthly seminars/webinars, workshops, conferences, trainings, and peer learning sessions.
- Provide support to identify and curate technical and operational content – in collaboration with technical experts, research, design, operational leadership and implement technical content strategies.
- Promote knowledge-sharing, project management and quality assurance best practices and processes i.e., organizing knowledge-sharing events, trainings, and other capacity building events.
- Document and share learning – ensure requirements, lessons learned, and best practices for products, events, and other Knowledge Management activities are clear and documented.
- Assist analysis of knowledge product collection, and collaborative impacts reports regularly to management.
- Provides technical assistance and coordination with implementation of processes, tools, and techniques across functional areas and networks to achieve strategic goals among project team and partners.
- Support the utilization of tools and approaches to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
- Disseminate information about events, maintains communications among project staff.
- Participate in orientation, training sessions, and used as a resource for presentations.
- Support MEL Director on monitor and evaluate knowledge sharing programs and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the MEL Director.
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in arts, education, adult learning, international development or the relevant subject area(s).
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in knowledge management, learning and development tools and/or other related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to execute collaborative knowledge sharing and learning approaches.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of knowledge and learning methods and theories, including utilization of tools and materials.
- Familiarity with health issues and health barriers within the Bangladesh context.
- Ability to navigate culturally sensitive terrain and maintain constructive and collaborative communication approach to a diverse group of stakeholders and audiences.
- Relevant computer software skills (including, at a minimum, the standard applications in MS Office)
- Fluency in English and Bengali language is required.
- Position open to Bangladeshi nationals or individuals who have the legal authority to work in Bangladesh.
