The Enterprise Systems Program Manager - Digital Process Automation leads the delivery of a group of projects, analysis of business needs and accountability for measurable outcomes. This position serves a key matrixed leadership role on the Enterprise Systems Digital Process Automation (DPA) team and is responsible for leading cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance & Administration, Contracts, Information Solutions and Services) in the design, development, and deployment of business process applications. This includes defining project scope and objectives, setting schedules, and managing resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.

The role is responsible for strategic technology and resource planning and management to ensure seamless ability to deliver against key corporate milestones; day-to-day leadership of the Program Management team; fostering a heathy & happy team culture. A successful candidate will lead with an agile mindset that is rooted in continuous improvement and optimization of our end-to-end Enterprise Systems Digital Process Automation Technology programs.

To be successful in this role, the Enterprise Systems Program Manager – Digital Process Automation should have excellent senior stakeholder management skills, project management skills, strong technical expertise, and experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This individual should also be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and be able to think creatively and strategically to drive business results.

Job Description Accountabilities:

  • Act as the focal point for Information Solutions and Services (ISS) and collaborate with business leads across the organization to drive shared goals to successful outcomes.

  • Developing and executing project plans that align with business goals.

  • Managing the day-to-day execution of technical projects and ensuring that project teams are working efficiently and effectively.

  • Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and constraints associated with talent intelligence projects.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including business owners, product managers, engineers, and customer support teams, to ensure that project requirements are met.

  • Providing regular project status updates to senior management, stakeholders, and project team members.

  • Driving continuous process improvement by identifying and implementing best practices for project management and delivery.

  • Staying up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the Enterprise Systems Business Process Automation/Supply Chain space and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve the performance, user experience and business value of solutions.

  • Build, strengthen, and lead Digital Process Automation technology function including essential operating mechanisms of ISS portfolio management, continuous resource management, business priority alignment, and execution excellence.

  • Identify and solve evolving gaps and emerging needs in skills, process capabilities, and capacity to support sustained long-term business growth.

  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to organization management.

  • Report results and escalating issues to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead program management governance, conducting regular reviews such that key projects are tracking defined objectives and
    KPIs, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and proactively managing risk to quality and schedule performance.

  • Partners with functional leaders in Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering to deliver products and services from concept to full launch.

  • Deploys process improvements across the organization. Makes the project organization efficient and transparent and ensures alignment with leadership objectives.

  • Lead and manage the rhythm of the business, workflows, internal communications, headcount, and budget activities for the team.

  • Manage and grow talent on the team and be a key leader in enabling a healthy, collaborative work culture.

Experience you’ll need:

  • Experience in program managing elements related to full-funnel enterprise systems programs across the application development lifecycle- including but not limited to: intake and prioritization, business requirements, design, configuration, system integration, reporting, user acceptance, marketing and organizational change management.

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Ability to connect program to business needs, tracking quantifiable results.
    Comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders at varying levels, ability to synthesize detailed program accomplishments and risks to inform strategic conversations.

  • Proactive desire to drive a team of experts forward to realize full potential of broader organization & individual contributors alike.

  • Self-starter with high energy, “can do” personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Technology contracts and vendor management expertise.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or the International Equivalent.

  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience with project management and managing IT systems and programs.

  • Understanding of ERP systems, Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, Kissflow or other business process orchestration platforms and other enterprise systems

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or related program management or technology agile delivery certification is a major plus.

  • Demonstrated mastery with software development lifecycle, third party software analysis and selection, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi) or other structured software implementation standards.

  • Extensive experience with implementation of enterprise software applications.

Technology to be Used:

  • Computer/Laptop, Microsoft applications (i.e., Office 365, SharePoint, Skype/Zoom/Teams), cell phone/mobile technology, and standard office equipment.

  • Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

Pay Equity and Benefits:

The expected hiring salary range for this role is listed below. FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget.

Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Hiring Salary Range: $117,000 - $156,000
