Global Mobility & Benefits Co-ordinator (4192)

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Operations, we are seeking to recruit a part time (20 hours per week) Global Mobility & Benefits Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating the global mobility activities, and administering the benefit enrolment process across the International Secretariat.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit to ensure that all enrolment data in benefit plans, including Pension, International Savings Plan, Medical Schemes and Life Insurance are accurate.
- Act as initial point person for benefit queries.
- Liaise with immigration specialists and relevant governments in multiple regions to facilitate the smooth running of visa applications.
- Co-ordinate with the relevant global mobility services to ensure effective relocation process for staff.
- Track and forecast the appropriate global mobility budget spend.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Good administrative and excel skills with the ability to produce detailed reports.
- Previous experience of working within a Global Mobility team and an understanding of immigration processes, ideally the UK.
- Numerate and financially astute with the ability to manage a large budget as well as negotiate with vendors.
