Overview

ISED Solutions at TSNE is looking for an experienced Website Developer (Developer) to build a new site for our Community Food Projects Technical Assistance program. The Developer is responsible for creating a fairly straightforward website to facilitate applicant and grantee requests for technical assistance, to access numerous print and video resources, and to enable us to post links to webinars and other events. The website will host numerous links to USDA and non-USDA resources, videos, and Google Forms as well as longer, more in-depth text pages. The Developer will work closely with ISED staff to create the website's overall look and functionality. The Developer will also provide ongoing maintenance along with technical support and site updates as needed. They will also need to train ISED on how to make updates themselves.

This is a contractual position, expected to last up to two months for development, followed by ongoing support.

Apply here: Please include cover letter, resume (1-2 pages), and relevant examples of prior work if available.

  • Core design elements like landing page images, navigation icons, and other graphics.
  • Copy for web pages.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop the new website as detailed above.
  • Provide a step-by-step timeline for the website buildout and sticking to it.
  • Provide frequent and clear communications with the ISED Content Development Team throughout the process and beyond.

  • Excellent communication skills, including timely responses for setting up and honoring development milestones.
