Catalyst 2030 is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator
About the role
The HR coordinator will join the Catalyst 2030 Operations Team as one its key members and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR-related processes and systems at Catalyst 2030. The HR coordinator will be responsible for the effective management of Catalyst 2030’s Human Resource operational and administrative systems, including overseeing our global recruitment, appraisals and team development processes, while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards and HR best practices. This position will also be responsible for validating and executing gross to net pay calculations, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of pay and deductions, administering reimbursements and processing consultant invoices for payment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the effective functioning of Catalyst 2030’s global workspace, including managing the organisation’s overall HR systems (e.g. systematising maintenance of personnel files, contracts), streamlining HR policies and protocols, and resolving the day-to-day HR needs of the team (e.g. drafting contracts or responding to employee contract-related queries).
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume/CV screening, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate the onboarding and orientation for new hires and ensure that all required paperwork is completed and filed.
Manage and update employee data and files and ensure that all information is accurate.
Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment, changes and terminations.
Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, documentation and communication.
Research and lead potential transitions to EOR or other employee engagement models.
Manage all HR policies and procedures and keep the team abreast of them.
Manage monthly payroll management of employees and contractors and support the development of annual and mid-year budget and monthly account closing.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Five to seven years experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
Previous experience working in an international non-profit organisation is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required. A Masters degree in a relevant field or SHRM certification preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills and demonstrable experience in finding resolutions to employee and consultant issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with the HRIS system and Salesforce preferred.
Understanding of Global HR policies, procedures and best practices is desirable.

As soon as possible.
Job location
Home-based remote working from anywhere in the world, with six business hours overlapping with Central European time (CET) or the ability to schedule work patterns to incorporate these hours.
